Nicole Serena has worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 28 years. She is the President and Managing Director, PSPConsult, a division of Waldron & Associates and co-Managing Director of The Cadence Learning Company Inc. She has over 10 years of experience in Patient Access and has consulted with over 20 Pharmaceutical Manufacturers assisting with their Patient Support Programs. She is a recognized author and speaker and has presented at Patient Access conferences within the USA and Canada over the past 7 years.
Tracey Cauley is a consulting professional with over 25 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. Leveraging her knowledge in sales, marketing and human resources, Tracey has worked with numerous organizations to drive performance through award-winning learning & development, organizational effectiveness and leadership initiatives. She currently holds certifications with the Institute for Learning & Performance and the Human Capital Institute. As the co-Managing Director of The Cadence Learning Company, Tracey is keen to partner with industry leaders to inspire and empower their teams to perform at their best, drive value and achieve superior results.
Another new addition to The Cadence Learning team is Charlotte, our Program Manager, who will be supporting the planning, logistics and implementation of all our programs including PSPCertifyTM, PSP MasterclassTM and PSP Inner CircleTM. Charlotte’s past entrepreneurial experiences as an E-Commerce Coordinator and a small business marketer will be a great asset to our team.
Norine Primeau-Menzies partners with the Cadence Learning team as a PSPCertify™ Learning Specialist. With over 35 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, Norine brings a wealth of nursing, clinical, operational, account management and Executive experience to her role. As a Learning Specialist, she delivers components of our virtual classroom sessions, provides one-on-one participant coaching and program advisory.
We are thrilled to announce that Rania Cassar-Awe has joined our team as a Cadence Learning Specialist.
Rania is an empowering healthcare executive with over 30 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals, pharmacy and health retail. Rania has held a variety of senior leadership roles on both the manufacturer and provider side, including general management, operations, sales, marketing, strategy, business development, market access and HR. In her most recent role as Vice President at Shoppers Drug Mart heading the Specialty Health Network business, Rania was responsible for specialty care strategy, Patient Support Programs and specialty pharmacy services.
